It's 5:15 here, sun gone down awhile, getting dark...can't make out the cows in the big hay meadow.......

It will take awhile for this old body to adjust to the time change...seems to take longer every year

Who are the geniuses that make us change our clocks anyways?

Why can't we stay the same all year round Saskatchewan does and they seem to be doing just fine.

It is really hard on people with SAD.

IT SUCKS>>>>>>>>

Poor jigs if he has too wait to do it in the dark

Except I have seen pictures of Mrs. Jigs-- and I have a feeling she gets "chased" quite regularly at all hours of the day by old horn dog.... :p

I may be the only person in the world who likes the time change.

If there were no time change in the spring it would get light here at 3:00AM in the summer. My wife would like the getting dark at 8:00PM because it would get me out of the field for supper before 9:00 but too bad.
If there was no time change in the fall it wouldn't get light until 8:00 AM for the rest of the winter. I would hate that.

The time doesn't change the sun, it only changes mealtime.

You surely know starting the equinox Dec. 21, the days start getting longer, the nights shorter....so daylight during the winter will start earlier and earlier.....

I personally like daylight savings time and would like it year-round. I like my eves lighter later. We went DST a number of years ago, they quit it because of kids walking to school in the dark...IMHO it's putting that hour of daylight either at the beginning of the day (Standard time) or the end of the day (daylight savings time). The daylength due to seasons make it either better or worse. FWIW :p
