It looks like Mother Nature has stacked the deck so that we may get some moisture this afternoon!!! Simply wonderful news! But, they're also predicting LARGE HAIL.... :cry2: :x :cry2: :x :cry2: :x

Last year my whole garden and yard was hailed out...lost about everything...geez I hope we don't get that, but if that's the only moisture available, I guess it'll do

I've lived in ND/SD since getting out of grad school in '99, and every year Bismarck has had severe hail...

I hope everyone else gets some rain. Cowpuncher and So. Colorado Rancher, did you guys get some last night? It looked like quite the storm in Eastern Colorado from the radar.

Cheers---

We had 60% chance of thunderstorms last night but they didn't materialize. Miles City (75 miles to the west) got three-quarters of an inch and a little hail and then I heard Broadus got hail.

It's too early for hail but it was 90 degrees here yesterday.

We need rain. Guess I'll tell Mr. FH to run to the barn commando!!!!
  :p

I'll admit Mr. TTB and I discussed the commando to the barn...our's is a 1/4 mile away, and our luck would be that Mr TTB's 87 year old Grandfather would be headed to the barn at the same time...and can you imagine where you'd find ticks??? Yikes!!!

We are still recovering from last year's hail...across from my office, there are workers reroofing an apartment building from the July hail---and guess what Jigs and Ranchwife, their listening to the 80's finest rock!!! Not too bad of listening! Def Leopard is on now!

Faster Horses I thought maybe you'd get some rain last night when I was watching the radar...sorry you didn't! As the NDSU Extension Livestock Economist says...it will rain........someday. In that he is correct!

Here's to rain...

Cheers---

TTB

Hope no hail for TTB!!!!

How large does your hail get? We only rarely get it and it is tiny. Sad to
loose a whole garden after all that work  Hope you escape it and tornadoes, TTB
