Nope, I saw it and still hate it!!

It isn't a "pop-up", it's a "drop-down"! It's a banner ad that covers 3/4 of the width of the screen just below the top and when the cursor passes over it, the darn thing drops down and covers the top 1/4 of the page. So I always try to go around the edge of the page but sometimes forget. So when it drops down over the page you gotta click on the ad's exit button which is about the size of a pinhead.
