Will they now go after the insurance companies that bond workers? Force them to bond an employee who regularly visits customers homes, but was once convicted of theft? I can see that going well. :?
EEOC rules, along with other things, have had a big hand in "dumbing down" America. Where I work, we have managers that can barely speak English and Engineers that can't tell the difference between a fiber and a copper cable, but were hired to aopease EEOC rules. Taking the spot of a qualified person who has kept his/her nose clean and learned the craft inside and out.
