I was right with you Soap till the last verse. Concience can be decieving. I don't think all of Germany's good people who sat back and did nothing thought they were wrong. I believe the govt and their neighbors had them convienced of the rightness or morality of the holocoust. Concience can be conditioned. We have to have a moral compass outside our concience IMO. The trouble with society today, is that it tries to be too "politically correct". Society likes the feely good, don't offend anyone, you do your thing and I'll do mine philosophy. "Tolerance" is the buzz word, but there comes a time when good God-fearing people need to take a stand for what is right. Morality is a God-given Bible-based trait, but even an atheist can detect right from wrong if they just follow their concience.
