This one had a different kind of trailer back end then the rest.

The cows were out of the chute of a few trucks ahead and then having to go behind other trucks to finally get to the pasture with their hay.

This is a very nice truck for this area. One of the nicest I've ever seen with a cattle pot behind it.

I wish I'd have thought of taking these pictures before our local guys had unloaded and left. Would have been some free advertisement.

CRM, that rear door is a slider??? You're correct, I've sure never seen anything like that either!

I can't tell from the pic. Did you count how many tires on on that triple pot? Seems like most run only 8 tires anyway, usually duals on the middle axle and singles on front and rear.

Local trucker once explained it to me that the extra weight of 4 more tires would negate the advantage of having the extra axle. That never made much sense to me. Looks like more rubber on the road would be a clear advantage for carrying weight and be better for the roadway, although making turns more difficult.

a bunch of guys around here put tag axles on big straight trucks so they could haul more to town, then 8 years later they are all trading for semi's....seems the frames break with the added axle.

saw a rig go through town the other day, had ten axles!! that is 38 tires!!!

was interesting to see but I had no desire to try and take it around a corner!
