I have 2 lease properties that i currently graze cattle on. I don't have insurance because I didn't know that I could do so because it is lease property. I know a few people who recieved compensation from the insurance they had on their cattle on their lease properties for drought. It currently probably would be considered a hobby farm since I do not have that much cattle (for right now). Can someone explain how I can go about doing this? Placing Insuranc on my lease property in case there is more drought ahead. I am in Texas. Thank you ahead of time any advice is welcome.
