IQ test: Everyone has to cross the river:

Faster horses

Well-known member
This is an IQ test given to job applicants in Japan...or so I've been told.

"Everybody has to cross the river"

The following rules apply:

Only 2 people on the raft at a time.

The Father cannot stay with any of the daughters, without their Mother's presence.

The Mother cannot stay with any of the sons, without their Father's presence.

The thief (striped shirt) cannot stay with any family member, if the Policeman is not there.

Only the Father, the Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft.
This is a hard one:

To move people, click on them. To move the raft, click on the pole on the opposite side of the river. The solution is possible!

THIS IS NOT A TRICK!

Raft "Cross The River" ~

To play, click the link below - then click the blue circle to

start.

We are all closer to Japan than you are. It would have been easier if the cop would handcuff the criminal to the post but I still got it done after consulting with Jody's Dr. Hook video. :!:

When I showed him how it is done I couldn't remember all the steps and it took me a while to figure it out again .

As my excuse I will use the fact that I have been putting in 15 hours days for the last month and my brain is exhausted .

It wasn't bad once I did a random click on a Japanese button and it took me to the puzzle. :D :D :D

But I question the wisdom of leaving the thief alone on one side of the river. :p
