IRS Misses Senate Deadline

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) declined Friday afternoon to meet a Senate Finance Committee deadline for answering detailed questions about the origins of the IRS scandal. The questions had been submitted jointly nearly two weeks ago by Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) and Ranking Member Orrin Hatch (R-UT).
In a joint statement to Breitbart News, Baucus and Hatch said:
“It’s disappointing that the IRS failed to produce any of the documents requested by the Committee.
"This is an agency that revolves around making the American taxpayer meet hard deadlines each and every year when they file their taxes, oftentimes penalizing those that are late.

“The IRS needs to do much better.”
Baucus and Hatch wanted to know who at the IRS made the decision to target conservative organizations, as well as who was aware of the conduct, and what specific actions they took to address it once they found it. They demanded that the IRS respond to each of the forty-one questions asked "no later than May 31, 2013."

it is time to seize their bank accounts.. and any account they might pay their employees with..

put a lien on everything they own.. force them all to hire accountants and lawyers on their own dime.. (which is near impossible when they just seized all your money and assets)..

and when the finally comply.. stick them with a huge penalty unrelated to the tax audit.. and charge them unconscionable interest.. backdated to the actual filing date of the tax year in which no actual mistakes were made..

and when the balk at the unjust penalty and interest.. size all their money and crap again...

and threaten them with more audits and prison time..

and when they finally win in court.. give them back only the seized money and not the penalty or interest they paid or you earned by holding their money...

and then threaten to 'audit" them again...

at least then some of those IRS thugs will see how it feels..

(end of rant)

Max was one that asked for the IRS to target these groups! Now he is trying to save the D cult.

Yep. Him, Levin, & Frankel especially.

I am amazed & highly perturbed that the "D" cult was able to hide these scandals until after the election....

That in itself is the bigger crime to me.
