Yes, I have been a bit busy here with the weather..But, it has not been all work...

Here are some Pics of my new Electric Brinkman Gourmet Smoker. It was a $69.00 deal. Part of the challenge is making it work..First Smoke was a couple of 7 Bone Chuck Roasts...

The 7 Bone turned out very well..I have lerned to smoke with out an overpowering flavor and "Q" without heavy sauce or burned meat, LOL..THose are the things that made me hesitate from this discipline...Then, I experienced some good/properly smoked meat and BBQ and it has turned to a new hobby,
