Michelle Bachman got the go ahead to create a Tea Party Causus in Congress. She got approval within a day of requesting. I can see more than a few Dems heads spinning with this news. The Tea Party was to be a nothing mouthy little group that nobody was to pay attention to and now they have an official causus in the Congress. :D

Go Michelle Go.

Oh I think the left wing has been worried for quite a while about what their objective is.

Why else would they call these people derogatory names(childish I might add)
Why else do they ignore what the tea party is saying
Why else do they make false claims of racism
why else is the the left making fools of themselves...they are scared that their little obama is going to be exposed and the lefts agenda is exposed

I don't think Dems care-- in fact they would probably like it...Another rift in the Republican Party...

An OT statement I can agree with! :D

ABC, CBS, and NBC would have taped it, and just showed the clip of that statement OT made - if it were against the conservatives. That's what they do.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) has plans in the works to create a Tea Party Caucus in the United States House of Representatives.

Bachmann on Thursday filed paperwork to establish the House affinity group, which the conservative congresswoman says will call for "fiscal responsibility, adherence to the Constitution, and limited government."

"This caucus will espouse the timeless principles of our founding, principles that all Members of Congress have sworn to uphold," Bachmann said in a statement. "The American people are doing their part and making their voices heard and this caucus will prove that there are some here in Washington willing to listen."

three good ideas.. how could anyone not want to support... "Fiscal responsibility"? "Adherence to the Constitution"? and "limited government."?

Good Question maybe Oldtimer would like to try explain his apparent hate for the Tea Party and what they stand for.

I decided to see what the Dems think about the Tea Party Causus so I spent some time reading Huffington Post. If you want to read some vial crap that is the website to visit. The old saying "if you can't defend your point of view with facts attack the messanger with name calling" comes to mind when reading the disgusting website.

Just once I would llike to see facts coming from a Dem when debating an issue.
