Using dis's reasoning.............if Fox is rep and they are the most watched, wouldn't that be a poll of the american people.........maybe the elction won't go the way of ole dis's thinking(and I use the thinking word lightly)

You'd think so, wouldn't you? But even this FOX poll shows Bush's approval about where CBS, ABC, PEW, and all the other "liberal" media puts him--in the dumpster. So, by your definition, FOX is becoming liberal, too.

Link below; my emphasis.

"Less than four months before Election Day, the latest FOX News Poll finds that voters strongly favor the Democrats on key issues such as the economy and gas prices, and give the minority party a double-digit lead for control of Congress this fall. For most of President Bush’s second term in office, more Americans have said they disapprove than approve of his job performance and that is again the case in this new poll.

The president’s approval rating dropped to 36 percent, down from 41 percent approval two weeks ago and 40 percent in mid-June. Bush lost ground this week among some key constituent groups, such as Republicans, whites and men. Overall, 53 percent of Americans say they disapprove.

"It is important to remember that the president got his bounce after the killing of al-Zarqawi in Iraq," comments Opinion Dynamics Chairman John Gorman. "While administration officials were careful not to overplay the significance of this, it naturally created hope that things would get better. Several weeks of bloody footage from Iraq have pretty much dashed those hopes."

Dis you are a red blooded DEM aren't you? Do you think George Bush gives a tinkers damn about polls? If he did he wouldn't have made the hard choices through out his term in office!!!
A good Dem though will back peddle and slide and worm their way about to try and keep all happy and worrys about there "OWN" future and not the country. Case in point J Kerry," I voted for the war before I voted against it". Billy Clinton, " I did not have sexual relations with that woman". Now lets split hairs on what a sexual relation is shall we? I'm willing to bet his behavior would find himself divorced from let's say 97% of the mattied woman in America? Hillary not being able to find the paperwork and documentatrion on white water?
I'll give Mr Bush all the credit in the world because he stands up for and does what he trully feels will help the majority and doesn't give a crap about polls, a rare breed in my book. ALL presidents ahve made mistakes, hell look at vietnam! We are all human and as long as that person is looking out for the best interest of the country and not party gain or personnel gain, I can respect them.

Oh, yes, I think George W. Bush cares about polls. And the people around him care about polls. And most of all, Republicans running for re-election care about polls. He also says he's not concerned about his legacy. That's a good thing because it's going to be worst president....ever. How many years since American lost a city, before George lost New Orleans?

I agree everyone is human. It's amazing, though, that Bill Clinton wasn't afforded that sort of understanding. But there is no way in hades that you'll convince me George W. Bush is looking out for the best interest of the country. He's looking out for the best interests of big business, oil, insurance, drug, insurance. The only one left is Wall Street. And he plans to make another move on Social Security after the election. So maybe he can fill their pockets before he leaves office, too. The total incompetence of this administation has put our country in the worst situation I can remember. Don't you think our enemies know how strained our military is? If not, they can read the newspapers. Don't you think our enemies are watching to see how, what Rumsfeld called "a few hundred deadenders" have tied up the world's strongest military in Iraq. All they have to do is read the newspapers around the world.

Now dis, not to change the subject or anything, but is there anything you believe in and support? I honestly can't recall you EVER supporting anything on this board, outside of being a cheerleader for the liberals. Do you stand for anything at all? Is there anything you would be willing to die for to defend? Just curious...

Here’s the link to our unfinished conversation:
http://www.ranchers.net/forum/about11247-12.html

No, no, no, dis. It’s your turn to answer this question you’ve been ignoring. Come on, what do you have to hide? Do you stand for nothing? Is there any freedom that you would die to defend if that same freedom is also enjoyed by those of us you hate?

Waiting…

dis, we've heard your opinions on Bush, Iraq and New Orleans, but we haven't seen you answer the question I asked you above. I was so sure you would want to share your core beliefs with us. Do you not believe in anything?

Still waiting......

George Bush lost New Orleans? LOL your funny Dis. The hurricane and many.many, many years of local governemnt and the Corp lost New Orleans, certianly not George Bush you fool!!!! The mayor of that fine city is as brain dead as they come, he caused more grief and lost sight of evacuation and had a poorly laid out plan for such an occurance, if he was a white man oh the sotrys the media could and would have played out on that deal for sure bank on it!!!!

Dis do you have a 401K or other mutal fund retirement? Yes or NO? If you do as many millions do, your making money off of all of the above in your plan!!!!!!! In fact probably one of the few places any american is amking off of mutal funds. Yeh George Bush and the admin are the ones that are causing and hoping for 3.00 a gal gas you bet, that is what all repubs want right? After all that will help re election bids for many LOL!

While I agree gas prices are too high it goes much, much deeper than the Pres and the admin wanting such, oil companys, opec and other factors come into play. We need more refinerys, we need more local energy sources and we more oil exploration here!!! Yet dems want to bash the high oil prices but state NO OIL DRILLING in my back yard hipocrites. Glad you read/watch the the big 3 media outlets for your sources of information, instead of doing your own research and fact finding , your a true blooded liberial in that sense too.
