Junior has been a very busy boy, as he has visited 9 of the 19 girls this week! The better the grass, the better the action! (I hope)

I know where that is, sort of. When I was a 6th grader, my Mom attended Chadron State College and we went through Rushville every Monday morning at about 4:30-5:00 AM and again about 5:00-6:00 on Friday evening on the way back to Wyoming! As I recall, a smallish, comfortable, friendly town! How much has it changed in the last 30 years or so?

Rushville would be the long way home from Chadron to Wyoming, as Rushville is east of Chadron and the last time I checked a map, Wyoming was still west. :)

The old rendering plant used to be out west of Rushville, on the south side of the road. It has been gone for many years.

The Sheridan Livestock Auction in Rushville is Nebraska's largest horse auction, with cattle sales every Wednesday and horse sales when advertised, but usually about once a month. They probably average about 300 horses per sale. It's more fun going there than playing slot machines at a casino, and probably a similar chance of making or losing money.
