It's been raining here since about noon. We've got over half an inch, or more. Can't check the rain gauge, it's dark outside...

Hope you are getting some too. It's sure nice and very needed.

I can't speak for Justin or Big Muddy Rancher, but we have received at least an inch and a tenth of rain in the past couple days. They bull frogs are happy, and when the bull frogs are happy, I am happy. :)

One inch in the rain gauge this morning. Some fog that is lifting.
Gonna be a gorgeous day.
We're on our way to Sheridan, Wy for a 65 Wedding Anniversary
celebration for some friends. It will be a beautiful drive.

Have a great day, everyone!

half inch here. :D started about 1pm and was slow, but kept it up until about 9 last night. the grass should have a good wake up call now. i was hoping for an inch or so, but i'm happy with a half. for awhile i thought we were going to be lucky to get a tenth or two. let the grass grow :D :D :D

A good inch of rain, then 8 inches of snow before the wind started blowing... really don't know how much snow has fallen since, guessing close to a foot total, and still snowing some.

All roads are closed in the area. I'm not planning to feed for a while. My lone heavy cow is still in the barn, and can stay there until I'm ready to get out of my PJ's and trudge through the drifts to let her out. I should have been DONE calving last week, but thanks to the neighbor's bull, I'm not :? .

Think I'll drink a second Mountain Dew :D .
