Last Friday was KSU's purebred Bull sale. They had a great turnout for a crowd. Can't tell ya what the average's were, I was more interested in my kid who was working there. He and 2 other kids had trained these colts all schoolyear from the horse unit, and then they were sold at the end of the bull sale. They sold for $1750..which was really good! The kids put in alot of time on these colts and here's the proof that country college kids know how to have fun...
The K-State sale ring and tent
My kid on 3yr old "Red"
Doing the "soapweed/kosmos kid" stand..lol
Another fine horsemanship trick..lol
After performing for the crowd, they took a bow..
Bringing the Bulls in from the pens
My kid again...All good kids, and they did an excellent job on those colts..
