Kinda Ironic...

Ok, I am siting here in Omak Washington waiting for a letter I have never needed before to cross into Canada...

I realize, I didn't have my papers, before a passport has always been sufficient....So, I guess i am not blaming anyone and am sure it is just as much red tape for a Canadian to enter the states....

But.......It just struck me ironic that I would be delayed crossing over a week after the border opened to more cattle.....I know, those cattle can't cross without all their papers either, LOL,

Yea the border isn't as fun as it once was. I drove my tractor across yesterday for service in Plentywood. I had my papers from when i imported it and got a green card to get it back. i just hope they can figure out why the grapple keeps blowing fuses.

Even funnier...the US Guard asked how long I had been in Cnada..He did more of a search after i told him 20 minutes and was refused than I have ever seen from a US Guard on me before.....

No More Cuban Cigars for me, LOL. I don't want the dogs to get a near whiff that makes them go crazy,

Good Luck On the Tractor,

Pat,Is that the border crossing you always take when entering Canada?

Greg and I have always crossed from Alta.-Montana and back.....the US border patrol have always been decent, crossing back into Canada is heck, our border patrol are a bunch of wannabe RCMP's that failed the test.Big power trips.

we cross once or twice a week at fort frances ontario and international fall minnesota, all we need right now is our identification, but in january will need our passport
never have any hassels going either way, i noticed since the canadian dollar is closer to the us ther is more outshopping and they are bringing people in to pay taxes in canada on items bought in the states more often than they used too.
