Another great set of pics, so nice to see a family working together.

I understand the reason for the ATV's but I sure miss seeing the horses and the roping brandings. You had a pretty efficient crew that got a lot done without raising any dust.

I haven't been able to figger out which Ranger is which. :lol: :lol:
 
The Rangers do allow older folks with infirmities to still be viable cowhands, and to be downright truthful, Rangers are fun to ride. They stand still to get on, they stay ground-tied while you attend to other things, and they "gallop" through the hills without fear of them stumbling. You can haul salt and mineral as you go, and the "saddle bags" don't bounce with a heavy load.

Of course, I have even been guilty of trying to argue that mules are better than horses. :)

Me too. But it is called change.
None of us like it, but at times it is necessary. Sometimes we don't change, but everything changes around us.
