Since the anti-truth is here, tell me again about Israel being a Muslim state?

That was incredulously funny...................

Have her tell you about that typical North Georgia Meth-Head gal that burnt her own house for the insurance money while she claimed to have gone to Buckwheat's inauguration, and then blamed it on some local rednecks being racist towards her being a Democrat.

While in Washington, D.C., to attend President Obama's inauguration, Metro Atlanta resident Pamela Graff received a disturbing phone call that her house had been set on fire, which has now been ruled as arson, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. She cancelled her plans and returned home to find her house completely burned down and racially derogatory graffiti painted on a nearby fence. Graf, a White woman, had received prior written complaints for her support of President Obama and displaying two signs in her yard. Federal ATF investigators are assisting in the investigation.-—CJ

A jury confirmed late last week what authorities suspected all along — a January 2009 house fire near Lake Lanier was arson.

After about three hours of deliberations, jurors found Pamela Morrow Graf, 48, guilty on one count each of first-degree arson and possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Graf, who did not testify in her defense, will remain in custody at the Forsyth County Detention Center until her sentencing May 26.
Forsyth County Superior Court Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Bagley granted a request from Graf's attorney, Parker McFarland, to delay sentencing until her father and mother, who were out of town, could be present.

Graf's home at 8075 Lanier Drive, near Lake Lanier in northeastern Forsyth, burned to the ground in the early morning hours of Jan. 18, 2009.

The divorced mother of three had told authorities she and her ex-boyfriend, Steven Edward Strobel, were in Washington, D.C., that weekend for the presidential inauguration.

Graf also claimed that she was the victim of a hate crime and a racial slur and phrase were spray-painted on a fence along her property because of her support of Barack Obama.

Strobel was convicted April 22 of first-degree arson for his role in the incident. As part of his sentence, he must serve 10 years in prison.

The trial, which lasted all week, concluded with closing arguments Friday afternoon.

Chief Assistant District Attorney Sandy Partridge told the jury that Graf burned her house down for drugs and money.

"She had a love affair with a little white powder called cocaine and that is one expensive love affair to keep up with," Partridge said.

Referring to testimony by a claim representative from State Farm Insurance, Partridge said Graf stood to receive $166,000 to $267,000 if she chose not to rebuild the house.

She also reminded the jurors of testimony that some of Graf's jewelry and other belongings found during the arson investigation were those the defendant had reported stolen in years past and for which her insurer had paid her thousands of dollars.

"The evidence in this case is overwhelming, overwhelming," Partridge said. "She
absolutely did this."

Partridge also said if the fire had not been intentional then somehow it must have also "miraculously" shot a racially charged message in red spray paint across Graf's neighbor's fence.

McFarland, the court-appointed attorney whose strategy Graf had questioned in court a day earlier, argued that the prosecution failed to provide sufficient evidence to support its case.

"The state did not exclude all reasonable natural or accidental causes (of the fire)," said McFarland, whose role was upheld Thursday by Bagley.

McFarland pointed out that witnesses who testified for the state as experts in fire investigation weren't qualified to eliminate electrical problems that could have caused the blaze.

He also questioned why the state didn't call as a witness the electrical engineer who participated in investigating the origin and cause of the fire.

"We didn't hear anybody say, 'I checked all the electrical receptacles,'" McFarland said. "Makes you wonder if anybody looked, doesn't it?"

While Graf's natural gas appliances were supposedly checked by the engineer, McFarland noted that man was not qualified to rule them out.

Her gas lines were checked only for leaks from the outside of the house up to the meter, not inside the home.

McFarland also questioned whether the drugs found in Graf's possession had been tampered with, maintaining that the state failed to prove the chain of custody had not been broken.

He said there were no witnesses or cell phone records that put Graf in her house at the time of the blaze.

Evidence presented during the trial included Graf's personal items, such as baby blankets, christening gowns, photo albums, clothing and cards her children had made.

Witnesses for the state testified they found the items in two storage units Strobel rented for Graf as well as at his house in Winder. They said they also found Graf's bed, tables and other furnishings.

Two of Graf's three children testified that a few days after the fire she gave them garbage bags that included keepsakes from their childhood.

Partridge said the items Graf removed from her house were interesting because "this is one of the most selfish human beings you will ever have contact with."

Ya, a old whore is experienced as well, just saying. :cowboy:
You call her a whore....when "The Donald" has been spraying semen all over the East Coast for years?
A Political whore for sure, What do you think she was selling when she was paid for the high priced "Speeches"?

The speeches are diddle to do with anything. People are paid for a job. She was hired to give a speech and she was paid. End of story.

So you are telling me that if someone offered you $10,000 for a $5,000 job, all on the up and up, you'd turn it down? I doubt that.

Am waiting to hear how Hillary excelled in any of the positions she wallered into. Don't tell us how "experienced" she is. That's worthless.
Bump.

$300,000 is diddle eh? Just a speech? Why won't she release the transcripts of said speeches? Was she selling influence? Political favor?

So many questions and NO answers.

The speeches are not hers to release. They were bought and paid for by whomever hired her. They are the ones that own them , not Ms. Clinton.

so if you go to a concert you "OWN the songs played...

or how about if you go to a lecture at a university.. do you own the content,.. does the university own the content..

hardly.. often the person sells it as a book or gets it published..

Under the Section D(6)(a) of the University's Intellectual Property Policy "course notes" and other original course material created by faculty are considered intellectual property owned by the faculty member.

there are exceptions, but I doubt Hillery "sold" her actual words.

The documents suggest that Clinton owns the transcripts of the speeches arranged by Harry Walker and would face no contractual restrictions on their release.

17 days after promising to 'look into it,' the transcripts of Hillary Clinton's speeches to Goldman Sachs Investment Firm were leaked online today by an unknown source.

Posted onto the file sharing site PasteBin, most of the speeches texts were innocuous. Clinton spoke glowingly about Goldman Sachs, how much money they make and what a great friend they are to her SuperPAC.

However, one quote from Hillary has drawn particular fire from observers:

"And so I say to you Goldman Sachs, I am on your side. Do not pay attention to the noise of the political season, I will always remember your support and put your priorities first, above all else. Thank you.'

Clinton received $675,000 for three speeches she made to Goldman Sachs in 2013.

"I remember feeling like she worked for us," said one former Goldman Sachs employee who was at the event in Arizona in October of 2013. "Now she's telling people what they want to hear so she can get elected. But back then it sounded to us like she was our employee."

At another speech to Goldman Sachs in New York in 2013, Hillary Clinton spoke about how the banks were not to blame for the financial crisis and that she would make sure that the American people would always bail them out "no matter what."

"It felt like a generous tongue bath from a loving puppy," said one person who attended that speech. "I can understand why she wouldn't want anyone to see the text of these speeches, it makes her look really corrupt."

Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon confirmed that the leaked transcripts are authentic.

"It doesn't matter what the truth is, Hillary doesn't work for Goldman Sachs," said Fallon. "She just takes millions in contributions from Wall Street in exchange for no future favors whatsoever. This is Democracy, folks."

The Clinton campaign commented further that the leaked transcripts will have zero effect on who becomes president because the entire news media has been paid to run wall-to-wall coverage of Clinton and Trump until one of them is elected.
