Today on our way home from our weekend in Fredericksburg, Texas. We stopped at a place I've gone by countless times and never seemed to have the time to stop. Well......today I yelled....STOP!!!!! LOL We weren't in a big hurry to get home. And there the opportunity was.
Lyndon Baines Johnson's Ancestrial Ranch in Johnson City. I came to the conclusion that I could live there. It's beautiful. So I took a bunch of pictures. Picked out a few to share. And proceeded to fight with photobucket to get them uploaded.

The whole place is surrounded and cross fenced like this. I love this fence.

I loved these pictures done up the way you did em...cool! Guess though I'm a tad bit more modern than you....I'm thinking the microwave probably didn't work to well in that house..lol Cool place to visit, but wouldn't want to live there...lol

The rock walls in the barn were about 2 feet thick. I reached in, and oh man....it was so cool in there. Even tho it was pushin, if not already there, 100 degrees outside.
I wondered how cool it was in the log cabin. But they had it all shut off and you couldn't get in. The picture of the kitchen was taken thru plexi-glass that they had over the door.
As for a microwave. I could live without mine. I hardly ever use it.
