This recipe my mom started and its a fav in my home and my sis's homes now.

Chop up turkey, add it to a batter recipe, deep fry the turkey balls until brown on outside and cooked on inside, put into 9x13 pan add a can of pineapple chunks, cook until heated and serve with rice...sooo good.

Turkey sandwitches first and formost, but here's a great dish that Mr. FH's aunt fixes.

Take the leftover dressing and cut up some of the leftover turkey in it.
Mix up and
pour leftover gravy over it and bake in the oven uncovered. She baked hers til the dressing was crunchy on the sides. It is sooooooooo good.

Oh, and make that turkey sandwich with some cranberry sauce on it.
YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! :p

Mmmm....... they're all sounding good.

So far it's been hot turkey sandwiches and turkey salad sandwiches. Tomorrow I'm going to take a shot at making soup, but not before I use some with the rest of the gravy and dressing in the FH family recipe.

Hopefully that'll take care of what's left of the bird. 8)

We mixed turkey with left over white rice and gravey to finish it up last night. It was good to. we also finshed the green beans and the collard greens. I heated the left over corn bread and wet it up with a little pepper viniger. A big glass of ice tea was all it took.
After dinner we cleaned out the frige and the dogs had a feast. I guess she will have to cook some new stuff tonight as all the left overs are gone.

Finally I see eye to eye with Kolo... "Dog Food". Fortunately we don't have any left over turkey because we went to Grandma's house for Christmas. If we did however, and the dog got tired of it, Turkey Pot Pie might be good.
