SH would have the cattle man believe ,"less packers means more money"
And his theory is the less packers we have the more efficent they become the more they can pay for our cattle.
I have no doubt that the more efficent they become the more they "can" pay for cattle,my question is "will" they and "why''.............good luck

Like any manufacturer, they will always pay the minimum possible for their inputs. Fewer competitors means fewer people they have to outbid for those inputs.
