Yes Jason but if the corp.is to survive all these taxes are recouped from the clients or customers.

If the corp didn't make enough money to pay their taxes there wouldn't be a point in them being there Juan. Every business that makes enough money to pay taxes recoups it from the next in line who they sell to.

Well Jason thats my point.The more the corp. is taxed the more the next in line has to pay!!!!!!!!

Taxes need to be paid by someone. Police, roads, fire service, etc etc etc don't just happen.

The better the tax load can be spread around the easier it is to swallow.
