Liberty Belle- question about your rhubarb dessert

Quite awhile back you posted:
"Rhubarb Dessert

Crust for 9x13 pan, preferably not aluminum.
1 ½ cups flour
5 T. powdered sugar
¾ cup melted butter
Mix together and pat into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.

2 cups sugar
6 T. flour
1 ¼ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
3 eggs – beat well, but don’t add to the dry ingredients until the crust is done.
Then add 4 cups finely chopped rhubarb, mix everything together fast and pour over crust.

Bake for 40 min. at 350 degrees.

How many would you say this serves? I'm expecting company and thinking of trying this.
