Life's not fair...

You are right Hyp. Life is not fair as some people can admit they have been breaking the law for 20 years and they might face a million dollars in fines if they decide to actually pay them. But another can do everything right and pay all their fees an still face millions in fines in a couple mouths because he built a small pond on his private property without the EPA's written permitted permission that his state says he didn't need. But the biggest unfair part of it is while the law breaker is yelling and waving his guns around threatening law enforcement officers while they carry out a legal court order, the law abiding citizen is being ignored by the media that needs to be paying attention to his issue if every water user in the US does not want to pay the consequences of the law breaker distracting the attention away from the bigger problem brewing.

Nope Life is not fair I agree with you on this one Hyp..

THe rest of the world will sit around and watch a movie made about this some day.

Some sorry hollywierdoes are going to win a Grammy or Academy Award and all of America will talk about it and it will be in all the magazines.

It will sort of be like the actor's getting rich playing as war heroes while our real soldiers are being underpaid and neglected.

Anyone see Entertainment Tonight last night? I missed it :) I will miss it again tonight, tomorrow night, ...... Life's not fair.

Fine one to talk kola. You made the accusation the Bundy wanted to put women on the front lines. You blathered on all day and finally admitted you didn't have anything.
So are you on here to tell more falsehoods

The women volunteered the idea and put it to use.

I thought laws were meant to be upheld by all people not just those you demand be held accountable. :???:

I just hope you and Oldtimer remember this the next time we disagree and Oldtimer wants to call me a Republican cultist walking in lockstep.

Tam,

Explain the New Mexico deal, the Red River deal, if it isn't all about removing people from the land.

Spend a little time reading about agenda 21. It will be you being removed in a short time. Unless what you say isn't true about what happens here will follow to the north?

With houndreds of thousands of federal and environmental laws, there is no way you have kept every one- and I don't even have to no jack about Canada to make that statement. You break a law about every time you drive as well. Don't believe me, spend a little time with a police officer. When they want to pull someone over, they find a reason. Very educational.

If you don't believe in Agenda 21 then you are blind. Just like you are blind by seeing a guy reject paying the Federal government for something he knew wasn't right and being bound by their illegal regulations. Here is a little news article showing it's implementation of Agenda 21 in Urban Oklahoma-

http://acogblog.org/2014/03/20/open-streets-okc-march-30th/
A stretch of NW 23rd Street – from Western Avenue to Robinson Avenue, to be exact – will be closed off to vehicular traffic but open for people on Sunday, March 30th, as part of Oklahoma City’s first-ever Open Streets event. From 12PM to 4PM, more than 40 businesses and organizations will gather to participate in a celebration of health, wellness and active transportation. As part of a partnership led by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department Wellness Now Coalition, ACOG, alongside the City of Oklahoma City, the Neighborhood Alliance of Central Oklahoma, the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and the Uptown 23rd Merchants Association, has worked to ensure Open Streets OKC offers a safe, walkable, bike-friendly business corridor.

In addition to the businesses that line the Uptown 23rd corridor, 10 food trucks will be in attendance, all offering healthy options such as grilled fish and fruit smoothies in keeping with Open Streets OKC’s goal. Interactive activities and giveaways will be provided by a variety of businesses and organizations from across Central Oklahoma including Integris, TSET’s Shape Your Future program, the American Heart Association, NewView Oklahoma, the Oklahoma City Barons, the Oklahoma City Energy, the Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation, Better Block OKC and many, many more.

Open Streets events are common nationwide, taking place in more than 80 cities across at least 33 states. Edmond held the state’s first Open Streets event last November and Tulsa is planning an Open Streets event for May of this year. These events are based on ciclovias, weekly events that began in Bogota, Colombia in the mid-1970s. Every Sunday and public holiday, main streets would be closed to cars to allow citizens to freely enjoy their streets for biking and walking.

For more information about Open Streets OKC, visit the website, follow Open Streets OKC on Twitter or like Open Streets OKC on Facebook.

Then you have the land grabs that have been discussed in rural areas. You're big government view is the biggest threat to ranching there is. When they kick you out in the cold, I guess you'll have those warm and fuzzy feelings to keep you from freezing.

You won't find where I lied because I didn't
The only thing I've done here is to try to not let people lie or mislead
Just as kola was trying to say Bundy was putting women on the front line
There has never been any proof of that that I've seen
And further she couldn't back up her claim

 Again let me make this as clear as I can I DO NOT SUPPORT THE BLM'S ACTIONS Let me repeat myself I DO NOT SUPPORT THE BLM'S ACTION but until the Nevada Government steps up and figures out a way to LEGALLY get the Federal Government off the backs of their citizens, the Nevada permit holders, like Cliven Bundy and his family, are going to have to deal with the Federal Over reaching Problem as it is LEGALLY Federal Government titled land according to AGAIN the rules/laws the NEVADA GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZE.

If you have evidence you think is a slam dunk to solve this century old problem CHOP CHOP jump on a plane and head to Nevada and show the GOVERNOR of the State of Nevada and his legal team and make sure they use it in their LEGAL LAWSUIT against the Federal Government. You, Hyp and anyone else that think they have a LEGAL solution to this problem are wasting your legal research abilities here on ranchers, net and the Nevada ranchers like Cliven Bundy's are so frustrated they have resorted to breaking the law and are facing legal punishment for their actions.

You seem to be attacking me as I believe both sides of the political spectrum need to be held accountable for their decisions. I'm sympathetic to the Bundy family mess but if I were to support Bundy's admitted law breaking, like you seem to think I should if I don't want to be thought of as a Big Government supporter, how can I hammer Oldtimer and Kola when they overlook the corruption of the Obama Administration?

How can any of you that are supporting what happen in Nevada this last weekend call Harry Reid a Corrupt SOB which in my opinion he definitely is in so many ways it makes your head spin, when he stands behind those who are accessing property they are not legally permitted to access? :?

Tam-- I have and always will support anyone that supports the principle of the rule of law- and the Constitution- and the premise that every law written is legally the rule of the land/the rule of law until overturned by a Superior or Appellate Court-or altered by Congress/Legislator -- and that just because you disbelief in/don't like/or believe it is unconstitutional does not mean you don't have to follow it...

Their are hundreds/thousand of laws out their I dislike- but in order to maintain the principle of law- they still must be followed....
