Siding with a foreign country and disobeying his oath of office is disgusting and treasonous. He should be outed faster than you can kiss his azz.(again)

Did you say the same when GW went against the US truckers- and overrode the Congress twice with "signing statements" (claiming an is instead of an as made it legal) and sided with the Mexican truckers to run all over the southern part of the country on cheap Mexican fuel and bankrupt half the trucking industry of the southwest :???:

FGS Oldtimer Obama is supporting the ILLEGALS of Mexico coming to the US and taking american jobs, living on US social welfare rolls and KILLING US CITIZENS. When are you going to Stop the stupid distracting of the topic and admit your guy is a incompetent twit that should be put up on Treason charges for no enforcing US IMMIGRATION LAWS.

Tam- did you bitch and moan when GW did the same or actually less...

Its sadly funny- Obama's administration is the toughest in years against illegals- especially criminal illegals- and so now he has the immigrant groups screaming at him-- and the radical rights are screaming he isn't doing enough...

Obama's ICE reports record number of deportations of illegal immigrants

By Jordy Yager - 10/18/11 07:08 PM ET

The U.S. deported more people — nearly 400,000 — who were in the country illegally in fiscal 2011 than ever before, according to the latest numbers released Tuesday by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) bureau.

President Obama's administration touted the startling figures as evidence of its progress in stopping illegal immigration, a record that could help the president win back independent voters who abandoned Democrats in the 2010 midterm elections.

A key Hispanic Democrat, however, said the figures were "nothing to be proud of," highlighting the dangers a record number of deportations could mean for a White House focused on attracting Hispanic voters critical in swing states such as Colorado and New Mexico.

"We are deporting hundreds of thousands of people who came to the country to work, raise families, contribute to the economy, and want nothing more than to be allowed to live and work here legally," Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) said in a statement.

Of the 396,906 people removed from the U.S., more than half — 216,698 —had been previously convicted of felonies or misdemeanors, according to the ICE numbers, which represent a 90 percent increase in the number of criminals deported over those for fiscal 2008. The numbers mark a 10 percent increase over criminals removed in fiscal 2010 — about 195,000.

Oldtimer, there is not one of us conservatives that can't admit that Bush was not perfect. He wasn't. Yes, we acknowledge that. When can you get that through your thick head. The subject is about OBAMA. He is way "less perfect" than Bush, but why we are all mad at you is that you can never say one bad thing about your hero Obama, no matter how stupid or treasonous his acts have become. If you could just once admit that Obama has faults, maybe you would get a tad bit of credibility. Until then, you are s.o.l.

And NO I don't believe Obama is committing treason- because he is enforcing the Constitution the way it was written.....

So, you'd accuse him of treason if he wasn't enforcing the Constitution the way it was written?

Soap When did I ever say Obama was perfect? I only know of one person that could walk on water- and his name was neither Obama, Soapweed, or Oldtimer..
Remember Obama did not make the laws- nor draw up the Constitution or the Court rulings- which I believe gives authority over immigration, immigrants, and dealings with foreign countries/borders to the Federal government....

But besides just listening to the naysayers crying wolf in their fearmongering- you have to look at some of the facts:

Bogus deportation statistics released by Obama angers lawmakers
By Jim Kouri, Law Enforcement Examiner

Even President Obama admitted to Hispanic voters recently that his administration's deportation numbers are 'deceptive.'

President Barack Obama's Homeland Security Department officials released a report that claims Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported a record number of illegal immigrants in the last fiscal year, including an "unprecedented number of convicted illegals with criminal records." However, a closer look at the figures reveals the report is bogus, according to the lawmaker in-charge of immigration oversight.

In the 2011 fiscal year which ended last month, ICE officials claim they deported more than 396,000 illegal immigrants nationwide -- the largest number in the agency's history, ICE officials said in a statement released yesterday. Of these, nearly 55 percent or more than 216,000 of the people deported were convicted of felonies or misdemeanors -- an 89 percent increase since FY 2008 when George W. Bush was president.

"Smart and effective immigration enforcement relies on setting priorities for removal and executing on those priorities," said ICE Director John Morton in a press statement.

However, there are some who claim the figures released by Morton -- who was the recipient of a unanimous "vote of no confidence" by his own staff, the men and women who serve as ICE agents -- are purposely misleading or out-and-out bogus.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) issued a biting statement upon reading the ICE statistics.

"The Obama administration continues to inflate its deportation numbers. The administration includes voluntary removals in its deportation statistics even though they impose no penalties on the offenders and make it easier for illegal immigrants to return to the U.S.," said Rep. Smith.

"In other words, the Obama administration is cooking the books to make it look like they are enforcing immigration laws, when in reality they are enacting amnesty through inaction," he stated.

Under the Obama administration, worksite enforcement has dropped 70%, making it easier for illegal immigrants to live and work in the U.S. And DHS recently established a working group with the specific purpose of overruling or preventing orders of removal for illegal immigrants.

Even President Obama admitted to Hispanic voters recently that his administration's deportation numbers are 'deceptive.'

"It's disappointing that the Obama administration continues to put illegal immigrants before the American people. Fourteen million Americans are currently looking for work," Smith pointed out.

"Meanwhile, seven million illegal immigrants have jobs in the U.S. We could free up millions of jobs for citizens and legal immigrants if we simply enforced our immigration laws. The President's policies just don't add up. It's time to elect a President that puts the American people first by enforcing our immigration laws," Smith urged.

"All one needs to do is compare the press releases issued by ICE during the Obama years and the Bush years to see they are not focusing on enforcing the nation's immigration laws these days," a Border Patrol agent told the Law Enforcement Examiner.

"During the Bush administration, the majority of press releases highlighted the capture of illegal aliens working at companies across the nation. They even nabbed illegal aliens working at high-security facilities run by the U.S. government. Today, the majority of the press releases are issued with regard to child pornography, counterfeit designer clothing and accessories, and even drug arrests," said the Law Enforcement Examiner source who demanded anonymity.

What in the world will it take for people like Oldtimer to wake the heck up to what is going on? I was traveling last evening, trying to find a good radio station that was talking about anything else but the Super Bowl. Finally I tuned in the Mark Levin talk show. One of his callers admitted that he had been a far left Liberal for over thirty years, but had now awakened to see the light. How can someone like Oldtimer, who at one time was somewhat conservative, buy in to the way Obama is ruining this country? It is friggin' flaberdisgasting to say the least. :(

I mentioned Mark Levin's book "Ameritopia" in another thread.

Everyone should read it to really see what is going on. It will explain to all why the parties seem the same and what they are working towards.

What they are working towards is impossible, because it goes against Human nature and Natural Law is what the Constitution was written to protect.

the Constitution's purpose is to protect US Citizen's inalienable rights and that is all.

Congress' mandate covers immigration, not the Executive. And SCOTUS working to fulfill the President's agenda is a degradation of the separation of powers.

Powers are well enumerated and should not be up for interpretation.
