Here are some Market Reports I have done over the years and want to show you all how the prices has change from 2005 to 2009.

This one here is from November 29, 2005. It maybe one of the highest prices I seen for calves at that time. Now this is for the south so you guys in the north may have seen prices higher.

Now this one is from last week. Now when you look at what we where getting in 05 and the cost of fuel, grain, and equipment and compare to today. We should be getting $2.00-$3.00 lb for our calves compare to fuel, grain, and equipment of today. It just don't make sence to me on why the rancher is always to one going in the hole. While the fat boys in Chicago are making the money when you look at the meat sold at your local food store. We will make a stand one day and bite the fat boys in the but.
