There seems to be an iceberg effect with respect to corruption in the IRS. Not archiving or searching for documents should land on the desk of management. I'd like to see investigation and scalps.

They should be held to the same record keeping standards as the tax payers they supposedly serve.

They are paid to keep records. A farmer is paid to feed cows and change oil int the tractor, record keeping is an uncompensated burden. The IRS now has no moral authority, they only have the authority that comes at the point of the spear. That is tyranny, and that is where socialists regimes devolve.
