I figured you would catch the error, Mike. As far as your taking a different spin, I don't TOTALLY disagree with you, as I think my earlier post will testify. Each bull has his own niche to fill, and it is the responsibility of the breeder to recognize each bull's traits and match his cows to the bull which will optimize those characteristics in their progeny.

and while in the business of marketing replacement females and bulls your going to want an animal with maternal characteristics and tad lower milk to offset the milking ability of the Bos Indicus influence. People buying E-6's are most likely not going to worry about the animals carcass traits because they will most likely want an animal that will perform in thier environment, not the packing house.
