It was HOT. They averaged $2900 plus on 82 head.
A couple of $6000 bulls and then several $4000-$5000 bulls.
They should be very happy.
One $6000 bull was the half brother to the high-selling bull
last year out of the same cow.
We did get one bought, bought the first bull in the ring, but
he wasn't a bargain like sometimes the first bull to sell is.
He is a son of Sitz Alliance I87. I've always liked that sire
and have recommended him to others.
I don't know when I'll get a picture, but he's a great looking
bull. The ABS rep there sure liked him. Lots of length and
thickness in a pretty moderate package and what a nice
disposition. Most all the Lund bulls have a super disposition
it seems.
Lots of local support for that sale. The Lunds are good people.
