Ya know..sometimes nature calls when I'm out there in the middle of no where on the tractor. This kinda stuff makes me think twice, and do a couple 360's to see just whats out there. And.......I don't worry bout findin no bushes...I want a clear wide open view all the way around me LOL

On to somethin a lil perdier.....Don't have a clue what this is called. But they are neat lookin lil flowers on a bush down at Mr Lilly's granny's house.

Lilly have you heard the Cowgirls Lament by Elizabeth Ebert?

When riding far out on the prairie
The facilities tend to be airy
You can be sure that the spot
You have chosen to squat
You profile will show
So don't tarry. :D

Why don't you carry a gun/ pistol etc with you when bush-hoggin, aka shreddin?

I keep one in /on the tractor with me. Comes in mighty handy as I've had them come out for ' tractor kill' like that a lot of times.

The dog doesn't bother me but the rat sure does give me the willies! That is why we live here in the only rat free place in North America.

I would make sure I was packing each time I go out. You get an aggresive coyote you have a bad problem. Had one up here that the trapper finally shot. He came in after my dog a couple of times, once while my 10yo was out with the dog.
He'd made a nice coat though.

I'm like you Kola- I like that .357 Magnum loaded up with 125 grain hollow points...Does wonders on gophers, coyotes, snakes, bad guys, whatever a guy could stumble into around here...
I've packed it so many years- I almost feel naked when I don't have it...

I can understand how that coyote would make ya nervous...but it's the huge snakes ya got slithering around in the grass that would send me over the edge!!!! It'd be my luck about the time I got into position some big ole snake would come by..and then I'd be froze in that position fer sure!!!

No flowers here yet...heck we're still gettin snow!
