McCain pokes conservatives in the eyes, then expects them to blindly follow him

Saturday, August 23, 2008
Over at conservative Michelle Malkin’s blog people are upset at McCain. Why? Because the Republican National Committee (RNC) is running a radio ad that, in Malkin’s words, is pure “hispandering”. The ad, in Spanish, tries to paint McCain as a friend to Hispanics because of his support for amnesty for illegal aliens (or as Malkin spells it, “shamnesty”).

For Michelles article and 100's of her followers comments:
http://michellemalkin.com/2008/08/22/rncs-new-radio-ad-mccains-a-bigger-hispanderer-than-obama/#comments

But the best of the comments:
------------------
The RNC is their own worst enemy. They just love to poke conservatives in the eye and expect them to blindly (no pun intended) support them and more disgustingly donate $$$$ to their campaign. Hark!! There go my men(conservatives), I must catch them, for I am their leader–not. Senor Mc Spain

Is he trying to lose on purpose?

What part of illegal don’t they understand?

Is he implying all hispanics are “immigrants”? Isn’t that stereotyping or did I wake up on the wrong side of the PC bed this morning.

When we killed the shamnesty legislation he said he “got the message, secure the border first”. In the immortal [words] of Bugs Bunny ”What a maroon”.

When the Republicans got spanked in 2006 he claimed he did learn his lesson. Sounds to me as if he needs to learn it again.

Only McCain, can defeat McCain.

I don’t see how anyone who calls themselves conservative can vote for Juan for el presidente. How many times does he have to betray conservatives for us to get the picture??

Another amnesty will result in Democrat majorities for decades, or until they are supplanted by the La Raza Party, why doesn’t the RNC know that? How stupid do you have to be to import voters for the opposition at the same time you alienate your own voters?

McCain needs to get his head out of his arse.

We are screwed.

Yawn, just more cut and paste CRAP from Oldtimer, he can take the time to find bash bash posting but doesn't have the balls to respond to to questions asked of him. No wonder he was only able to be sheriff for one term.

Come on now this is the worst of the worst for you OT. First you take oslumas wishy washy words as gospel, then the late night comedians as gospel now you take unkown bloggers and quote them. Next you will be quoting a blogger named oldtimer as proof to your wild claims. You better grab onto something solid before you get sucked down the drain any further.

But Larrry- Michelle is one of your chosen spokespersons -- just like Ann and Rush   :p ...She wrote the article about McSpain pandering to the Hispanics, not me- and these are quotes from her registered loyal bloggers.....
Maybe you need to tell Michelle she ain't drinking enough of the yuccia root flavored Kool-Aid   :p

McCain has warts aplenty and he's nobody's favorite. But on the other side is an infanticidal, lying, Marxist hypocritical racist that isn't qualified to run a taco stand. That makes McCain look pretty good.

I don't think any of us here are happy with McCain, but it comes down to a choice between the lesser of the evils. And if you don't want anybody to vote for McCain, it just means that you're okay with an Obama presidency. That tells us a lot about you.

Bush isn't running.

I would think that you libs would be getting tired of that by now - trying to tie McCain to Bush. That, and the idiotic "change" mantra hasn't worked - don't you follow the polls?

But that's okay - you keep worrying over your "4 more years of Bush policy" BS. The rest of us are smart enough to realize that this country doesn't even need ONE year of Obama appointments. (We can't really call anything of his a policy, because he doesn't know what that means.)

The appointments Obama makes is what will change this country for the worse - the agency heads, US attorneys, federal judges. You can rest assured that Obama will have a quota based on race and that his racist lawyer wife will be helping him choose those - just like Hillary helped Bill.

Anybody that has got their eyes open can see that having that liberal lawyer team in the White House is just a second coming of the Clintons. The biggest difference is that the Obama team has markers owed to the radical, racist, black separatist movement.

But, that's okay. If you liked the Clintons, I'm sure you'll LOVE the Obamas. Except....I thought you didn't like the Clintons?

Note how he says he supports Bush's "Fiscal Conservativity" :???: SAY WHAT  Over $9 Trillion dollars in debt- years of drunken sailor spending- debt our Grandkids will spend their lives paying on- and McSame supports GW's fiscal conservativity and economic policy.... OY VAY !!!
In the words of one of Michelle Malkins commenters- in the finest Bugs Bunny terminology- McSame can best be summed up as "What a Maroon"... Any "change" is better than him.....

What a "maroonic" statement that is. Say that a rancher has a herd of good Angus cattle. Say that he is not real happy with his herd bull, because the calves are too little, lack muscle, and are a bit on the wild side. Say that this rancher has two choices--the only two bulls available for sale in the whole wide world are another Angus bull much like the first one, or a Yak, who does nothing but beller, paw dirt, and yack. Which bull do you think will screw up the original herd the least?

Well we've had the Yak for the past 7 1/2 years- and McSame "Yaks" the same way...I'd say its time for the "change"...

I'm not that much of an Obama supporter- but I do take exception to some of the falsehoods- and that theres where your flat wrong...I've done a lot of reading- studying- and Obama is a Christian....Even Rev. Warren and some of the evangelicals have had to admit that....That Muslim thing is just a Karl Rove type of "Swiftboating"....

Each person has to decide- but to me Obama is much more of a practicing Christian than John McCain- and has been much more involved consistently, where McCain finds the church come about every election time when he needs to use it....Its just that Obama's church didn't fit the same idealistic setting of what most white Nebraska churchs do--but I've sat in church in some native American churchs that you will find don't exactly follow that setting either...And a couple of holy roller ones that I wanted to run out the back door before the walls came tumbling in...

But I guess Obama is correct on one thing- there still are a lot of old fogies around that live in fear of change- and fear of something or somebody if it looks different- or sounds a little different- or has a funny sounding name....

I hadn't realized Bush had damaged the party that bad    - but that said its going to take a damn good Republican candidate for them to get my vote away from the Dems, Libertarians, and Independents for awhile...

He and this new Republicanism kind of cured me the same way the Jimmy Carter Democrats cured me of them....

If Carter cured you of the Dems, then how in the world could you POSSIBLY support Hussein? If Hussein is elected, he will be even weaker and less effective than Carter ever dreamed of being. Can you imagine the appointments he will make? He owes everything to the racist, radical left.

Because I fear the current neocon Republicanism movement toward Corporate Fascism and the throwing away of our rule of laws and the Constitution as has been demonstrated by the past 7 1/2 years of the reign of King George even more....

And McSame walks in lockstep with everything Bush does/did...Its not just me--Why do you think so many of Malkins regular commenters are so against him :???:

Outside Independence Hall when
the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended,
Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin,
"Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?"
With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded,
"A republic, if you can keep it."

Johhny Mac is in no way pure as the driven snow, and Lord knows he has plenty of warts, but of the 2, he presents the best choice. We can ride the tough times out, but the one thing about Bush and what we will see with Johnny Mac is we have not been attacked on US soil since 9/11/2001. To me that is even more important than $4 fuel or rising grocery costs. If Hussein is elected, I predict a major attack on US soil within 90 days of his coronation, and the response, if any, will be weaker than a newborn kitten. The man, without his teleprompter, has the thinking and speaking ability of a kid in 9th grade speech class.

That Muslim thing is just a Karl Rove type of "Swiftboating"....

Do you ever get tired of running down the military and insinuating these swiftboat vets were lieing. After all they overwhelminly condemned their fellow soldier for his action and telling lies about fellow soldiers. Does it make you feel more like a man to condemn these veterans, does it inflate your ego to slam them, do you get your jollies by cut them down for telling their story. Or do you just want stories to bolster your liberal socialist agenda.
