Sundflower leading her brother's horse. He had to pull a calf, and was then going to catch up with us.

They are staying paired up pretty well. We got them through the gate before our backup assistance arrived.
Tagging some older calves later in the day
The Kosmo Kid and I would rope them and drag them through a gate. Some of the mammas were a bit ouchy about the whole procedure.
Kosmo's bride, Sweet Potato, ran the gate and found the right tag.
Yellowstone ready for action. Note: I don't condone leaving a horse unattended with a coiled rope hanging over the saddle horn,
but Yellowstone is mature enough to be responsible. A green horse can get himself and everyone else in a lot of trouble.
