Matt Mead’s connection to Obama’s education take-over

Will Matt Mead’s appointment of a progressive-liberal as the interim Education Czar remain a tarnishing stain to Republican Governor Matt Mead?

Well let’s start with this…

Whenever you see a bill like SF-104 that was fast tracked in both houses and then signed by the governor in record time. It should spark the curiosity of the majority of voters.

In a nutshell — SF-104 — removed an elected official during midterm and created a new appointed position. This has a striking resemblance to Obama’s record appointment of agency Czars.

And now, this legislation along with the implementation of Obama’s education take over has caught the attention of many voters in Wyoming!

So much attention that the interim education Czar is now calling for reinforcing testimony on common-core from elected local school superintendents around the state. It will be interesting to see how they respond.

A memo from Jim Rose states the following- “As I am sure you’re aware, there is considerable discussion occurring in the media and perhaps your communities regarding current activities in the Wyoming Department of Education…on issues such as the Common-Core State Standard”.

Certainly more than just “media discussion”, Mr. Rose left out the part where the Republican national committee has a resolution to stop common-core dead in its tracks.

And Rose, an unelected bureaucrat appointed by Gov. Matt Mead has also refused to disclose the fact that it was a non-governmental agency called the National Governors Association — better known as a paid lobbying organization that led the fight to implement Obama’s common-core standards.

Governor Mead’s involvement with the National Governors Association is a little more than just a handshake. After Mead was appointed by President Barack Obama to the Council of Governors, the NGA appointed Mead into a leadership position.

Matt Mead being an NGA chairman, he should have some real answering to do — since the National Governors Association also fleeced the taxpayers by receiving 80% of the funds directly from state and federal tax dollars during the same time that their organization started pushing the new education standards.

All of this happened without even a peep out of Mead’s office! Does Mead have something to hide?

Maybe it’s this:

The reason this national education standard is feared by so many across the country is the fact that once fully implemented the states will take their education marching orders from the un-elected bureaucrats in Washington.

And this:

Bill Gates, an admitted progressive-liberal, stated publicly the following about the common-core standards, “that once the testing is in place, the curriculum will follow.”

Special interest money: The Gates foundation spearheaded and financially backed multiple lobby groups to the tune of $1.5 million dollars.

Now do you see why everyone is sneaking around?

All of this political maneuvering without once asking Wyoming voters if losing local control of their school curriculum to Washington DC’s bureaucrats was okay with them!
