That's funny I saw him today on TV and he seemed more energetic than I have ever saw, I thought he looked like he got a second wind and was looking good. Maybe people just see what they want to see. :?

McCain probably just saw todays Gallup polls.... Both put Obama up by double digits (and neither of them account for the young cell phone users vote).... Was the front of his pants wet too :???:   :p

Gallup Daily: Obama 52%, McCain 42%

Largest lead for Obama among likely voters to date

USA Election 2008 Gallup Daily Americas Northern America PRINCETON, NJ -- Barack Obama leads John McCain in Gallup Poll Daily tracking interviewing conducted Wednesday through Friday by an identical 52% to 42% margin among both traditional likely voters and expanded likely voters. Obama leads by a similar 52% to 41% margin among all registered voters.

People always mention cell phones but what about caller ID? Most people under 40 have caller ID. I don't answer the phone if it comes up out of area or poll this or that. I bet most others that have caller ID don't get poller either.

I think keeping up the schedule that both candidates has to be very tiring. Let alone if you are seventy something.

I think you're right. Mccain has said:

What makes the difference, Mr. McCain said, is getting enough rest. “If I can sleep in until about 7:30 or 8, then it really helps me,” he said. “I think when I get up real early, like 5:30 or 6, and don’t go to bed until 10, 10:30 or 11, it seems to help me get up a little later in the morning."

Being president of the US is not a five day a week, 9 to 5 job. IMO, he's just too old. And his selection of Palin to fill in for him if he can't serve is just scary.

Statistically I would be more worried about Obama, according to statistics he is more likely to die of high blood pressure, aids, get hooked on drugs (didn't that already happen) end up in jail or abandon his family. Seems Obama should be the greater concern here than McCain!

I think he is doing well considering his age, and honestly I don't think he looks a day over 55. This Presidentail race should not be about age, but rather experience and who will be the best man to lead the country.
