Lazy Ace and I spent sometime this weekend in McIntosh SD enjoying their Centennial Celebration. The McIntosh community should be congratulated on putting on a great event. These are some of the horse/cattle entries from their parade...

Fellow Red Angus breeders and more importantly friends. Their clan must have been one of the earliest settlers in the area

Their son...he is also President of the ND Red Angus Assn. I have long called him "Stache" but just might now start calling him "Derby"

My favorite horse entry from Evenson-Jensen funeral homes. The hearse is just beautiful. I am only sad I didn't get a better photo.

Nice little pony and interesting wagon. You couldn't put many of your possessions in it to go west!

Pretty mare and her foal and a beautiful carriage.

Could you do this with one of your critters? This longhorn steer was part of the parade entry of one of our good bull customers.

More in part two...

Cheers---
