I just asked the new food pyramid the govt. put out what my diet should look like based on my age and sex. If I exercise less than 30 min/day I can eat 5 oz. of meat. If I exercise over an hour a day I
can eat a whopping 5.5 oz of meat! Sounds pretty grim.
