An instructor at an Arizona shooting range handed an Uzi submachine gun to a 9-year-old girl to try out. The results were deadly. The instructor paid with his life.
The horrifying scene was caught on camera at the "Bullets and Burgers" shooting range, a facility that lets enthusiasts try out fully automatic weapons. The girl lost control of the firearm shooting the instructor in the head.
The minimum age to shoot at the range is 8 years old. But how young is too young to put a gun in a child's hand? The tragedy unfolding tonight - at 11 from ABC7 Eyewitness News.
I think this gun worship assault weapons fetish has gone a little too far...What parents in their right mind would want a little girl learning to shoot a fully auto Uzi ! :???: For what reason :???:
I watched the video- and I also question the professionality of this instructor that would put such a short barreled fully auto weapon in the hands of such a little girl... It was obvious to me before she pulled the trigger that she was incapable of handling it...
Some of these rightwing gunnuts are doing their damnedest to get more people opposing firearms and get more gun laws passed which will end up restricting us folks that still think you need common sense and safety in handling/using firearms...
