Is the price for mineral dropping yet ? A Local Feedrite dealer still wants $40 per bag of 1-1 . Should be cheaper to make that stuff now right :???:

Might be worth your time to test your feed. We went from 1-1 to 2-1 and the price went from 43.20 to 36.40
This min has high copper, 100ppm selenium, and Bovatec. No salt.

Did somebody find a new world source for phos? I don't see the price of mineral or dropping anytime soon. There could be a slight drop due to diesel being cheaper, but all that would require is to increase the drop charge a bit.

Just checked the new price sheet for the coming week.

Wholesale mineral prices dropped a staggering .04-.16 cents PER BAG compared to last week. Cubes dropped .12 cents/bag, and the price of hard tubs dropped $1.27 each. Retail prices won't change from last week, IMO.

I am a Vigortone dealer. Our prices dropped about $50 ton in Nov. from the Oct. price and the Dec. price is lower than the Nov. price, but not by much.

Part of the decrease was freight, but the rest was from lower ingredient price, mainly phos.

This week, wholesale prices for most mineral dropped a penny per bag, cubes dropped 44 cents per ton, and hard tubs dropped 18 cents each.

Had a guy with 160 cows try to "bargain" the price of LOOMIX this past week. He didn't succeed, and still put the cows on LOOMIX.
