Looks like they'll be the north Big 12 champs this year.

Boy Stoops has got "choking" down to a science, doesn't he?

Has he ever won a big game?

Guess we'll find out next week who the North champ will be.
If the Huskers win it (Mizzou) and play Baylor in the Big 12 game, will it be relevant?
In the "National" picture, that is.

Tied with Mizzou if you win Saturday? Is there a head-to-head claimer?

Baylor won't be in the title game. I'll put everything I own on that and give odds.

Yes, if both of us end up with the same record, the head to head is the first tie-breaker. Whoever wins this game is definitely in the drivers's seat for the North.

Remember that mess a couple of years ago when OU beat Tech, Tech beat Texas, and Texas beat OU? Then they had some sort of formula that determined it and Texas ended up yowling like a cat shitting cactus when OU was named the champ.

Baylor is good, but don't see them winning the south....I will be very interested in the Mizzou / fuskers game....hard to cheer for Mizzou, but then again to cheer for the fuskers is just plain wrong.

Come on over to the side of the light and the truth, Jiggsy. We welcome you, brother.

Jiggsy can't text back - he's all thumbs, just like his team.....

Come on over to a winner, Jiggsy. We can all have a good time together; You, me, Katrina, Garn, etc.... all watching the Huskers whip up on OU at the Big 12 Championship game. Mike can be running beers and nachos up for us.... All of us sitting together in our red - Katrina shouting "HUSKER" and you answering "POWER". I'm getting a warm fuzzy just thinking about it.

I was a Cat fan in the 80's, and all the way through the rise from worst to first. not many people can be a true fan. I look at NU and I see 60% bandwagon fans. It is easy to cheer for a winner, but TRUE loyalty runs the same through thick and thin....

the Callahan experiment proved that Nu has a majority of bandwagon fans.

No, the Callahan experiment was a set up deal with Callahan and Steve Peterson. It was extremely upsetting to watch all the tradition and legacy get spat upon by assholes like Bill & Steve. They did everything they could do to tear the tradition down, and it didn't work. The Husker nation can take the losses, but they will not stand idly by when the program that Devaney and TO put together and ran so well is besmirched. Bo, TO, and Harvey are well on their way to righting the ship, and the Huskers are once again a force to be reckoned with.

The Mildcats had their moment in the sun, but if you want to hang your hat with a loser, well, I reckon that's up to you. Bandwagon fans some may be, but you'll be treated far better in Lincoln than you will in Manhattan or in the people's Republik of Boulder.
