Monsanto develops aluminum resistant seeds

"Why did Monsanto Develop an Aluminum Resistance Gene?
Monsanto is currently marketing an aluminum resistance gene. Here’s the spin, folks:
Small-scale, resource-poor farmers in developing countries face daily stresses, including poor soils, drought, and lack of inputs. Ongoing trends such as climate change and population growth will likely exacerbate binding stresses. A new generation of genetically engineered (GE) crop research aims to alleviate these pressures through the improvement of subsistence crops—such as cassava, sorghum, and millet—that incorporate traits such as tolerance to drought, water, and aluminum in soils as well as plants with more efficient nitrogen and phosphorus use. (http://www.ifpri.org/publication/delivering-genetically-engineered-crops-poor-farmers)

Coincidence that Monsanto will “come to the rescue” with aluminum resistance genes because normal plants die off in the presence of excess aluminum? Or opportunistic capitalism and planned corporate food monopoly courtesy of Monsanto and the Hegelian Dialectic based on insider information that a proposed “geo-engineering” scheme is already in place that is filling our atmosphere with chemtrails containing aluminum and barium?
This is no game folks. We are being hit from all sides with a planned, homicidal, genocidal agenda to make a very few families even richer than they already are, and reduce the world’s population to 500 million as set forth in the Georgia Guidestones. This is nothing short of biological warfare."

Analysis of chemtrails have shown aluminum and barium as main components.

Gee, I wonder if there is a need for aluminum resistant crops?

It's a no brainer, over half of the world's arable land has acidic soils, which sometimes correlates to high levels of Al. Perhaps Monsanto, being a capitalist company working in the ag sector, is just trying to fill a need.

Why do you look for a conspiracy in everything? You know toilet paper manufacturers are conspiring to make us fat.... think about it if toilet paper was rough like an old corn cob folks would necessarily eat as little as possible because as you know _____ happens.

Some of your dribble is too stupid to warrant a serious reply. Fortnuately, posters like the one above are still around and take the time to demonstrate what a complete loon you really are.

so for thousands of years we did not need aluminum resistant soils and now we do....then you have scientists saying that the geoengineers are spraying us with aluminum...then you go outside and you see contrails that do not disappear daily being sprayed?? huuummmmmmmmm....

Yes we do need aluminium resistant seed and other technological advances. The technology is now available to take soils that are marginal or not suitable for crop production and make them produce. There is an ever growing world population and growing more here and shipping to them is only a part solution. These kind of advances are needed more in the developing world than here in the West.

So you really do not WANT to discuss the truth, or the factors that make things happen??
You do not want to know what free fall speed is>
Or what materials cause temptures to rise to melting points,
You want to hide behind utube, and not see first hand with your eyes???
You want to believe what others tell you and not see it for your self???

Yet you want US to believe what you SAY????

Just goes to show that you have nothing, NOTHING to offer other than UTUBE and abunuch of nobodies, I sent you my phone number< call and lets meet so we can really discuss this in person, you can call me names and I can show you freefall speed from one hit. I can take you up and we can look at those comtrails up close and personal,
I can fire up my forge and show you how metal moves under heat!

I sincerly doubt you have the GUTS to really stand up and be a man so anything you say is CRAP :D :D :D

You know toilet paper manufacturers are conspiring to make us fat..

Why are we getting fatter? Researchers seek a mysterious culprit

We eat too much and work too little? :?

but if you want a different excuse...

That is why this article makes so much sense. Monsanto is just taking care of each of us. Glad we do not have to wonder what they are up to...

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/04/26/eveningnews/main4048288.shtml

David Runyon and his wife Dawn put a lifetime of work into their 900-acre Indiana farm, and almost lost it all over a seed they say they never planted.

"I don't believe any company has the right to come into someone's home and threaten their livelihood," Dawn said, "to bring them into such physical turmoil as this company did to us."

The Runyons charge bio-tech giant Monsanto sent investigators to their home unannounced, demanded years of farming records, and later threatened to sue them for patent infringement. The Runyons say an anonymous tip led Monsanto to suspect that genetically modified soybeans were growing on their property.

"I wasn't using their products, but yet they were pounding on my door demanding information, demanding records," Dave said. "It was just plain harassment is what they were doing."

Today, Monsanto's patented "Round-up Ready" soy commands the lion's share of the genetically-modified soybean seed market, its genetic code manipulated to withstand the company's popular weed killer.

But the promise of fewer weeds and greater production comes with a hefty fee. Farmers must sign an iron-clad agreement not to re-plant the harvested seed, or face serious legal consequences - up to $3 million in damages.

"It's about protecting the patent, defending the patents, so farmers have the protection and can use these technologies over time," said Monsanto spokeswoman Tami Craig Schilling.

The Runyons say they signed no agreements, and if they were contaminated with the genetically modified seed, it blew over from a neighboring farm.

"Pollination occurs, wind drift occurs. There's just no way to keep their products from landing in our fields," David said.

"What Monsanto is doing across the country is often, and according to farmers, trespassing even, on their land, examining their crops and trying to find some of their patented crops," said Andrew Kimbrell, with the Center For Food Safety. "And if they do, they sue those farmers for their entire crop."

The rest of the story

Monsanto won its case against Parr,a seed supplier. but the company, which won't comment on specific cases, has stopped its legal action against the Runyons.

And now four states, including Indiana, prohibit seed suppliers from entering a farmer's property without a state agent, tactics which have threatened a way of life.

You negelected to copy the whole story shamefull

i gave the link for you to read the entire story...i did not leave it out on purpose....just copied enough to let you see what they are doing..it is not a unique story as they have done it to at least hundreds of farmers..there are documentaries all over the place explaining what Monsanto is doing to the farmers if they do not use their seeds...they sue them into the ground...yet, you are such a stupid idiot you take up with Monsanto...just a stupid pig.
