Grab your guns and bibles people....Iowa is headed straight to hell in a handbasket!!!!!!!

The Iowa Supreme Court struck down a state law Friday that banned same-sex marriage.

Larry Hoch, left, and David Twombley, one of six couples that filed suit, celebrate Friday at a news conference.

Iowa becomes the third state in the nation to allow same-sex marriage, after Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Well, we are heading south pretty dang fast. You all ought to talk to some folks from Iowa and see what they think. Some are pretty ticked off. I sure as heck don't count this as progress.

What I find amazing is that it seems that it's all the " so-called" heterosexual MEN who are fearful of 'gay' people. :???:

Could someone please explain that to me? Maybe one of you ' hetero' men here?

It's not fear, it's disgust. I'm not homophopic, I'm homodisgustic.[/quote

It's not your life nor your business, so why should you care what other people do?

Did I say that I cared?

Are you sure that you want to apply that same standard to other issues as well?

The issue wasn't decided by public vote; it is being crammed down our throats by activist judges. What happened to government "of the people, for the people, by the people"? That's what inflames me as a citizen of this state: the matter was not presented to us to us to decide. It would never have been approved in that forum, IMO. And, yes, I am clinging to my Bible and my guns

Sounds exactly like something Jesus would say.

Reminds me of my favorite bumper sticker
