And they have gone through 12 grades of school already. Shameful and disheartening. All the money that has been thrown to the education system has been a waste. This is unacceptable. Our principal when I was in GRADE school, came and talked to the class about Socialism/Communism--and more than once. This isn't just the dumbing down of kids, it is the dumbing down of teachers!!!!!!!!

A few years back my daughter Callie (4th grade then) came home with a list of vocabulary words and the instructions: "imagine you are a recent immigrant and use these words to make signs to protest low wages." When asked, the teacher sorta agreed with my objection and said she hadn't looked at everything "politically." Wtf - that was blatant leftist indoctrination in a rural school by a teacher I would have guessed was one of the good guys. Imagine the dirty works near Denver.

BTW, Al Gore has a sequel to "An inconvenient truth". I listened Michael Medved today coming home. He said some of the stuff Al Gore spouted at the movie premier in Seattle, was untruth. But he said the audience swooned over him, the likes he had never ever seen before. Of course Gore only sees $$$ signs. Doesn't matter how much he has to lie to get it. Medved said "An Inconvenient Truth" grossed more money than any documentary except Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 11. Good grief, these people!
