The yellow is a Siberian Alfalfa variety called Anik. Very winter hardy, fine stemmed, the cattle love it.

Swath Grazing mixture of Morgan Oats and Musketeer Fall Rye, seeded July 13th.
More lodged Alfalfa and Meadow Brome. It's actually stood back up in places. The wind storm on the 12th had it totally flat until we turned some cattle in.
