A friend of mine whom I know well but don't see often , died friday, he was 49. He died from a horse accident and complications.

Another friend whom I see every day is 47 I think and was told his mass on the X-Rays looks like lung cancer.

Life is short.

Oh, Mrs. Greg and Greg, my condolences to you and your family.

I have lost both my parents now, and I feel like at orphan sometimes,
and at my age!!!!!!!!!! It is hard losing a parent, doesn't matter the
age they are.

I am sorry to hear about Gregs mom. Both of my parents are still living and I'm thankful for that. I've lost several people close to me over the years but I look forward to seeing most of them again in eternity.

Our condolences to you all. Death is a part of life but still difficult to go through the loss of love and friendship.

My condolences to you Greg and Mrs. Greg. It's tough to lose a parent at any age; I know as both mine have passed on. Red Robin, I'm sorry to hear of your friend's passing, and I hope the other friend gets better news than he's had so far. Life is short and I thank God for giving me each and every day to enjoy (or sometimes not enjoy!).

Thank-you all. We lost gregs dad 11 years ago, since that day all MIL talked about was joining him,God wasn't ready for her then, she had great grandbabies to rock. She was for sure THE very best gramma a grandchild could have...13 grandkids and 18 great grand kids and she loved everyone of then more then anything. And they loved her. She raised six kids five being boys,,,anyone whos ever been at a family gathering, knows its a laugh a minute, and lots of the laughs were from the boys directed to mom, shes where thier humor came from. She gave as well as she got  Over the 28 years I've belonged to the family,MIL taught me lots, how to cook, bake{good pies go by feel}make sausage, butcher chickens, lots of stuff but the thing she taught me the most is...FAMILY FIRST,I pray I can be half the gramma to my grandson and maybe future grandbabies,as my kids were lucky enough to have in Rita. I will miss and always love her for all she was :) I'm so very happy shes with my dear dad in law again, right where she should be

Im to depressed to think of anything to cheer any of you up except to say im sorry for your losses.
Im trying to be posative when I say that its not always the ones who die that suffer the most.

Well my friend with the mass in his lungs got a report from the pulmonary specialist. He said it looked like the remains of pnumonia (he was in the hospital for a week with pnumonia) and to come back in 6 to 8 weeks and they would know for sure. Not sure if that's a wise decision but it's his decision. Anyway you look at it it's better news than he was expecting.

Finally some good news Red Robin. I hope for the best for your
friend and am sorry about the one who passed away.

Also, Denny, thinking about your loss with sadness as well.
I bet he appreciated you and doing things together.

We must remember to live each day as if it were our last,
because it just might be.

A young man from here was killed in a head on collision near
Roundup yesterday. They got him to Billings and he was doing
well and then everything started to go bad yesterday afternoon
and he didn't make it. I think he was about 20 years old. I always
liked that kid and felt sorry for him, he was kind of a lost soul.
Had a lot of problems. He had just rolled his pickup south of Baker
a couple of weeks ago.
