A local contractor died and left a partly done sub division - - - about 2 acres on the main road was 5 to 6 feet to high and at the north end about 2,000 feet away the lots dropped into a cliff.
I get paid by the cubic yard to move material and like to work efficiently so I keep a dozer pushing allowing me to fill a 15 yard pan in about 35 seconds - - - I am making the round trip from filling to unloading to starting the next fill in around 5 minutes.
One more dry day and this will be completed then I get to start on the school property I just bought in September.

I'm planing on 20 senior apartments with the libary as a large gathering room with a couple of large screen TVs and the teacher's lounge as a quiet room for cards and board games - - - small Laundromat - - - possibly rent the gym out for events. Do any of you know where I can buy vending machines large enough for loaves of bread and or gallons of milk? There is no grocery or convenience store for at least 10 miles.
I bought this the 10th of September but the legal work on the deed took till last Friday to complete but I have a meeting with the architect in the 16th and hope to get at least a couple of apartments occupied by the first of the year. It will be nice to work inside over the winter!!!!
