in a swipe at the gay muppeteer Chic fil a has recalled the toys already given out

Last week, the Jim Henson Company announced it would no longer partner with Chick-fil-A

The Jim Henson Company and Chick-fil-A battle is raging on.

Just one day after the Jim Henson Co. announced that it did "not wish to partner with them on any future endeavors" due to Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy's admission that he was "guilty as charged" when it comes to his Christian stance on the definition of marriage, the fast-food company announced a "voluntary recall" of all Jim Henson Creature Shop Puppet Kids Meal toys.

Coincidence?

Chick-Fil-A spokeswoman Tiffany Greenway told HuffPost Gay Voices that the company had decided to recall the Muppets toys nationwide, as of July 19, "for the protection of our customers."

warning if you put your finger in a Muppet it might get stuck....

a rep for Chick fil-A says "This is not a recall – it is a voluntary withdrawal."

so if you stick your finger up a muppet and it gets stuck you can do a voluntary withdrawal..  :???:

I am sure the gay folk at Henson's are getting the humor of this situation..

So "Obama for America" will have to give the toys back?

Unlike many pro-gay-marriage activists who have been boycotting Chick-fil-A, President Barack Obama's re-election campaign Obama for America has spent money at the restaurant chain.

Obama famously came out in support of gay marriage in May, enjoying a surge in campaign donations post-announcement.

But in 2011 activists at ThinkProgress, Equity Matters, and other outlets pinpointed Chick-fil-A as a multimillion-dollar donor to anti-gay marriage causes through its charitable foundation arm.

the eat more kale guy tried to expand and copy-write his phrase that used the eat more,..

which would or could be construed as copy-writing eat more part of "eat more" chikin

similar to the toys r us and any one who then used the r us with a backwards r..

so they understandably sued his expansion of the use of the words or terms..

if they didn't sue the guy could have copy-written his trade name and sued them..

so often it is easier to sue,.. and then settle for a limited usage by the guy using the similar phrase..

I still think it is childish, but in a world of lawyers.. it is about protecting the brand name.. first, cause second is not protected at all...

a few examples.. Kleenex xerox, jet-ski... now generic terms... and difficult to protect..

besides chikin is better then kale

There you have it, homosexuals getting married won't affect anyone unless they disagree with it. At first we had to tolerate homosexuals, then we had to accept homosexuals now we have to worship homosexuals!!!
