oooohhhh ranch wife, I am in love with you! put on some spandex and a ripped up t-shirt, curl your bangs to the moon and run away with me!!!! we will spend our days cruising around in the ZZ Top Eliminator car, just listening to the great tunes of the 80's.

what about all the one hit wonders of the 80s

Falco - rock me amadaous
Dextys midnight runners - come on Eileen
mind running blank right now.

every time I hear Def Leppard's Hysteria album, I have football two - a - days flashbacks......that is all we listened to in the locker room ..wore out the tape.

Styx - Mr. Roboto!!!!

I love old Halen, but David Lee Roth is no where as awesome as Sammy Haggar.....he even kicks butt as a solo artist.

You forgot the LOTS AND LOTS of hairspray to keep those bangs going to the moon!!!   heck....the men of the 80's used more hair products than the girls!!  Isn't it funny to see how the music of the 80's is coming back and today's kids think they INVENTED it??!! I hear so many of the songs being "remade" by todays hip-hop artists and I sit back and laugh....daughter usually just looks at me a little funny!!
Pat Benatar, The Bangles, The Go-Gos's (our cheerleaders still dance to "We got the beat" ), and who can forget "Boy George"....or was it "Girl Georgette"
I had the two big records by Def Leppard...yep, I said "Records"...those big, shiny pieces of vinyl that got warped after listening to them for 6 hours a day for 6 straight months!! (Had too much time on my hands back then  )

If I listen to the radio its normally talk radio example David Rutherford, Mike Reagan, Rush, etc.
About music. Im not really country because im not into the Nashville stuff. I guess im more into folk music.
But sometimes I like anything from Nickleback to classical.
The only music I hate is rap or liberal hippie music and or anything by the Dixie Chicks.
