Our luck was good. We found them on a two track road. There was 110 head in the band. They had just been to water and was grazing up the slope. It was kind of nice to see some old friends. There is some new colts from mares that have had shots. I guess the drugs are wearing off.
Not the best day for taking picture. Some of that Oregon smoke moved into our country.
There is always enough excitement to make me nervous. I don't think they would run over on purpose, but when those bare teeth are after them, they don't look to see who is in the way.
Gypsy and her family are looking good. One of the bay mares has a new colt that has a bad right knee.
I don't know if he was born with the problem, or got hurt later on.
