Yesterday I lashed out at you Jason, or as Ben would put it climbed on your back to try to make myself somehow look better. Brad reminded me with his little story about the nature of Canadians to be respectful, to wake up. I don't quite know where, and when I lost that ability to listen and not be aggressively confrontational, but I have. And I know that just like teaching a dog something new with a stick rather than a treat is wrong. Some folks here on ranchers are simply so in tuned with their own little area of expertise, that if you see beyond their emotion, you will find some good. No matter which side of the border, or which side of the packer issues they are on.
I had no right taking my disagreement with you out on your stock Jason.
I know for a fact that you would not have to look very far yourself to find someone who was disappointed with Randy Kaiser. I have lived with a very sharp Microsoft sword at the ready for the last few years, and have made more than one enemy because of it. I can't let the frustration of this utterly frustrating BSEconomic atmosphere continue to make me bitter. My skin has been toughened almost to the point of an Oldtimer I know, and I think even he would agree that the battle is taking it's tole on his well being.
I am excited about our industry Jason, and will continue to find ways to solve the problems that are driving my neighbors off their land, and their children into the city. I will look for the good in your posts and will try to turn over a new leaf on ranchers Bull Session.
except for with you Oldtimer
My apologies Jason
