My bad habit

So when the nice weather comes I have this tendency to cook outside over an open fire. Mrs. bought me a new dutch oven for my birthday (to add to my other cast iron cookware). Any tried and true stew or bread recipes out there?

Why would you want meat to taste like butterscotch? :D

Thanks for clearing that up. :D Now a ham that tastes like butterscotch
might be okay. You'll have to let us know how it turns out.

I do it EXACTLY the same except instead of injecting it, it's in a glass beside me and it's not butter shots its Jameson whiskey and I find strip loins work better than ham. But other than that it's the identical procedure.
